
Siew Wai has rich experience in understanding consumer behaviours across wide spectrum of industry, ranging FMCG, heavy industry, and technology, in addition to expertise in business analysis, market research and management consultation. She was appointed as committee member in developing National strategic directions for both ICT & IoT industries, which are the transformation forces of Malaysia’s digital economy. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Management – Consumer Behaviour) from University of Putra Malaysia.
