Howe Tian is responsible to engage and help users in Asia Pacific to achieve top quartile performance through digital transformation and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions. He is a thought leader in Industry 4.0 and speaker in many conferences regionally. He has vast experience in the process automation industry; he started his career as control engineer in process plants since 2003 and then move on to become solution providers. His experience includes project execution, proactive maintenance and smart operations. Prior to joining Envision, he is the director of IIoT solutions in Emerson covering Asia Pacific region. He has been piloting digitalization and IIoT projects since 2012 and have implemented several key projects across Asia Pacific. He holds an MBA from University of Birmingham, UK.
